Justice & Associates - Drew Delaney

Drew graduated from University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Earth and Environmental Science and a Master’s of Science degree in Earth System Science. His course work included a broad range of engineering and environmental disciplines spanning atmospheric dynamics, atmospheric photochemistry, planetary boundary layer, geosciences data analysis and modeling, radiative processes and satellite imagery. He is trained in AutoCAD and ArcGIS software.

Drew is a member of the air quality department of Justice and Associates. He is responsible for overseeing RECLAIM compliance for our clients, preparing applications to the South Coast AQMD and the California Air Resources Board, and third party transmitting of emissions.

Drew joined Justice and Associates in 2006 and has worked with clients ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and deadlines. He has successfully administered portable equipment registration program applications, RECLAIM and Title V permit modifications and amendments, quarterly certification of emissions reports and many others including various air districts throughout California

Drew is certified by the California Environmental Protection Agency Air Resources Board as a visible emissions evaluator (smoke reader). Drew travels throughout southern California conducting Visible Emission Observations consistent with U.S. EPA Reference Method 9.
