To aid facilities who are permitted under the SCAQMD’s RECLAIM program report their emissions electronically in ASCII format.

Mike Justice, consultant for air permit issues, developed the concept of a service to transmit emissions electronically on behalf of RECLAIM facilities.

Scott Taylor oversees the transmitting service and provides consulting and auditing for facilities concerned with maintaining compliance.

In recognition that many of our clients were having trouble programming this task, Justice & Associates offered the service as part of our on-going RECLAIM management.

The RECLAIM program requires that facilities must report their monthly and quarterly emissions via RTU in the ASCII coded format.

Our third party transmitting service continues to grow with several dozen companies currently subscribing.
