Liz joined Justice & Associates’ Las Vegas Office in 2004 with a Bachelors and a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Liz is familiar with Clark County Department of Air Quality and Environmental Management Regulations and has experience preparing and submitting Authority to Construct Applications and Modifications for regulated air pollutant emitting facilities in the Las Vegas area. Liz also assists her clients with reporting and recordkeeping requirements including quarterly reports and Annual Emissions Inventory Reports.

Liz assists a number of major Las Vegas hotels and casinos, ready mix concrete plants, asphalt plants, crushing and screening facilities, dry cleaning facilities, chemical manufacturing plants and many other facilities with air quality and other environmental compliance issues.

Since joining Justice & Associates, Liz has become a certified EPA Method 9 Visible Emissions Observer in the Las Vegas area in order to keep Justice & Associates’ Las Vegas clients in compliance with Federal New Source Performance Standards. Liz is also familiar with Toxic Release Inventory Reporting Requirements and current issues in Storm Water Regulations in Nevada.
