Lisa Woo has a degree in Environmental Studies from the University of California in Santa Barbara. Lisa has experience in permitting and compliance in air, water, and waste regulations.
She is currently responsible for the record keeping and reporting for over 15 South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) RECLAIM facilities that Justice & Associates manages. Her other responsibilities include advising and assisting clients with obtaining air permits and developing air quality impact analyses when needed.
Lisa has experience in Phase I environmental site assessment in accordance with American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) E-1527. She has participated in site reconnaissance to evaluate the conditions of properties and their surroundings, and is experienced in preparing Phase I Reports. Lisa is also knowledgeable in both RCRA (Resource Conservation & Recovery Act) and non-RCRA regulations.
Lisa is the primary contact for the Emission Credits Exchange, Justice & Associates’ broker service for the trade of Emission Reduction Credits (ERCs) and RECLAIM Trading Credits (RTCs). This role involves analysis of market trends and developing short term and long term strategies for our clients.
She also develops geographic information systems (GIS) at Justice & Associates in accordance with project specific requirements. Recently she developed a map for a Secondary Lead Smelter utilizing ArcView to satisfy public notice requirements in accordance with Prop 65.
