Individuals responsible for SWPPP preparation, implementation, and permit compliance are required to be trained, and the SWPPP shall document all training.  Justice & Associates performs SWPPP preparation training which covers all aspects of construction site water pollution control including SWPPP documentation and Best Management Practice (BMP) selection.

In addition to the quarterly training session, Justice & Associates can provide a training session tailored your specific needs. The training can be held at our office or your facility. The cost is $250/person (with a minimum cost of $1,000.00).  A certificate of completion shall be provided for the hours of training attended.
