Ricardo started with Justice & Associates part time while attending Cal Poly Pomona and came to work with us full time after graduation. His focus is on portable plant permits and portable engine registration under the California Statewide Portable Equipment Registration Program, as well as stationary source permitting throughout the State of California.
Justice & Associates handles all the RECLAIM Administration for several facilities. Ricardo is currently responsible for recordkeeping and reporting and other administrative activities for these RECLAIM Facilities.
Ricardo prepares Annual Emission Inventory Reports (AEIRs) for a variety of facilities in the South Coast AQMD. Facilities include asphalt plants, ready mix concrete plants, airlines, textile industry, forging industry, hospitals, expandable polystyrene manufacturing as well as a variety of other industries.
He has also been involved in auditing material handling and concrete ready mix plants to ensure facilities are in full compliance with local and federal regulation and with its permit conditions.
