Justice Alliance is a subsidiary of Justice & Associates and
provides emission credits buying and selling opportunities while
offering the regulatory advice you need. As environmental
consultants we have utilized our knowledge of current environmental
rules and regulations to assist our clients in purchasing the
credits required to remain in compliance or selling their excess
that have accumulated.
Besides contributing to a greener environment, implementing new
control technology at your site may also allow you to generate
emission reduction credits that may be applied to another project or
traded on the market. The Justice Alliance are experts at "banking"
and creating emission reduction credits throughout the state of
California.
We are not only brokers, but we can help you decide on a strategy
and advise on how your trades today may affect your facility's
regulatory compliance in the future. For more information go to:

In our continued effort to broaden the services that we offer our clients, we teamed up with Cam Adams to provide mineral appraisals. Cam is a certified mineral appraiser with over 50 years of experience in the mining industry. Justice & Associates provides much of the research and conducts the field work for the appraisals while Cam prepares the analysis. Mineral appraisals are typically needed for the following: Condemnation by eminent domain, acquisitions and mergers, financial purposes, and estate planning.
There are typically three different methods or approaches for mineral appraisals; royalty basis, income, and comparable sales. While we can provide all three methods, the royalty basis is the most common approach for mineral appraisals.
