Susan Justice has extensive experience in bookkeeping, accounting and computer related business activities. She has a masters degree from Oakland University and has industry-related experience including construction contracting and estimating, long distance telephone service, consulting on starting and running small businesses, accounting and air dispersion modeling.

She is responsible for the financial health of the business, overseeing all banking, accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. Susan manages the health insurance, 401K pension and profit sharing programs as well as all other employee benefit programs. She also maintains a close working relationship with our bank manager and negotiates and controls all lines of credit and business accounts.

Susan distinguished herself and helped set the stage for the Justice & Associates consulting business several years ago when she invested in an early version of the EPA Air Dispersion Model. At that time the EPA Model was designed for a main frame computer utilizing the old IBM punch card data input system. Susan reformatted the data into PC language and successfully ran the program to verify compliance with the SCAQMD New Source Review Regulation XIII.

After learning the EPA Air Dispersion Model "inside out", she enrolled in several classes where she became proficient in running several other models. Models prepared by Susan have undergone extensive review and evaluation by meteorologists from the South Coast AQMD and Ventura APCD and in all cases have been approved as submitted.

This early venture into providing air dispersion modeling consulting became the seeds for forming the business activity known today as Justice & Associates.
