Justice & Associates - Terrance Wroblewski

Terrance graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Marine Biology from California Sate University, Long Beach. His coursework provided a thorough background of the life sciences. Required academic curriculum included Biostatistics, Icthyology, Phycology, Invertebrate Zoology, Aquatic Toxicology and Tropical Marine Communities. He is also trained in Minitab statistical software and Stella computer modeling software.

Terrance is currently working in our Land Use and Water Quality department. His responsibilities include preparing and revising applications and reports related to storm water compliance, wastewater, hazardous materials, solid waste and hazardous waste.

Since joining Justice & Associates in 2006, he has worked on various projects to ensure our client’s conformance with environmental regulations and deadlines. These projects include, but are not limited to: preparing Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure Plans, Hazardous Waste Management & Contingency Plans, Hazardous Waste Minimization (SB-14), Business Emergency Plans and Hazardous Materials Inventory.

Terrance has been certified as an Underground Storage Tank Designated Operator in accordance with Title 23 of the California Code of Regulations. This enables him to perform monthly inspections and yearly training to keep our clients in compliance with the State Water Resources Control Board “Training Plus” Requirements.
