Tien graduated from California State University Fullerton, where she majored in Computer Information Systems. Tien is experienced in DataBase Design, Systems Design and is a Website Developer and Programmer. Over the past five years, she has undertaken a variety of roles in database management and web development for Justice & Associates. Some of her accomplishments at Justice & Associates includes setting up the interactive Emission Credits Exchange Trading website and assisting our clients in California and Nevada with their environmental management systems software.

Tien has planned, developed, and implemented numerous applications using a combination of hand-coding and development tools in Visual Basic, SQL, Access, ASP, Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. She establishes and maintains site infrastructure, has built intuitive user interfaces, created and compressed graphics and other media, designed databases, researched content for site design and marketing strategies.
